 音叉液位开关常被应用于高温高压强腐蚀性的液体液位测量,长期工作其音叉叉体难免会受不同程度腐蚀,极端情况下会发生腐蚀穿透探头的情形。一旦发生此种极端情形,高温高压强腐蚀液体立即发生溢出并通过过程连接内腔渗透到电子模块部位,紧接着很可能发生冲脱外壳导致高温高压强腐蚀液体外泄的严重安全事故。
为避免此种极端情形引发的严重安全事故,临安联丰线带厂的研发工程师在音叉液位开关的过程连接后方配置了玻璃金属封装连接件,即气密绝缘套管,它通过硼硅玻璃与不锈钢的配合实现密封效果,在音叉叉体万一发生腐蚀穿透情形,也确保能防止液体穿过内腔渗透到电子模块部位,杜绝发生冲脱外壳导致高温高压强腐蚀液体外泄的严重安全事故。气密绝缘套管不仅很好地起到上述确保生产安全的作用,它还能对压电组件起防潮保护效果,使得音叉液位开关在强压环境中也能安全可靠地工作。

It realizes the sealing effect through the cooperation of borosilicate glass and stainless steel. In case of corrosion penetration of the tuning fork body, it also ensures that the liquid can be prevented from passing through the inner cavity It penetrates into the electronic module to prevent the serious safety accident of high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosion liquid leakage caused by flushing off the shell. The air tight insulating sleeve not only plays a good role in ensuring the production safety, but also has a moisture-proof protection effect on the piezoelectric components, so that the fork level switch can work safely and reliably in a strong pressure environment.
