不管是哪儿设计的图纸,在钢筋这一块,或多或少的都有毛病,在干活之前,必须把这些毛病事先找出来,在图纸会审时与设计师探讨清楚,得到准确的答复后,才好干活。
 
算图

调直

下料
 
钢筋切断机你用好了么?常见的做法是,就地摆放钢筋切断机,或者在切断机下面垫上一两层砖或方木木板,在切断机的一侧,钉一条大板,十多米长,下料时当做定尺,这种方法最大的缺点是隔断了通道,且人干活腰部容易疲劳。
 
窍门即:用粗钢管或槽钢加粗钢筋或角钢焊制 一个支架,高约30多cm,放在切断机下面,卡住切断机的脚轮,把切断机垫高,使人干活时不弯腰,以减少疲劳强度,另做4~5个铁板凳,体积60多cm见方,凳子面用铁板,四条腿用钢筋焊成,可随便搬动,沿切断机两侧摆放,把要切断的料放在上面,在凳面上划切断线。

 
成型
 
钢筋弯曲机这玩艺儿你用好了么?一般情况下,在钢筋弯曲机一侧钉着很宽的一排大板,长度大概有6~7米,上面放着一堆等待成型的钢筋,这样做最大的缺点是隔断了通道,拿料费劲不便操作。
 
窍门即:用粗钢筋焊3个铁支架放在弯曲机前后,一个小短支架放在弯曲机左边,都与弯曲机一边高,上面摆放待成型的钢筋,成型时,只要两个人便可操作,一个人在后面把钩,一个人一手找长短一手把开关,效率大大提高。
 
柱子

大梁
 
预绑安装是发展方向,一般的连续梁,均在柱子中搭接,完全可以预绑成段,但不绑扎扁担筋和腰筋,扁担筋处的箍筋,可用直径6~8钢筋头绑在箍筋外面,使其立直,把梁安装在模板上面,底下垫上木方,等梁安装完后,再穿绑扁担筋连接成整体,最后穿绑腰筋挂拉钩,对于柱子处的加密箍筋,可事先焊成箍筋笼子,注意此箍筋笼的箍筋尺寸要大一两公分,套在柱子上,与梁同时降落。
 
楼板
 
绑扎底层主筋网,不画间距线光凭眼睛看的做法,绝不可取,经验再多眼睛再好使也代替不了尺子,只能叫作野蛮施工野蛮绑筋。对于密集的钢筋网可以绑梅花扣,但边上必须得绑两行全扣,窍门在于扣筋,绑好的扣筋必须得不怕有人在上边踩踏,要想做到这一点,就多用十字支撑。除非老板怕费料那就没辙了,其实根本不费料,用的都是钢筋头焊制的, 若想绑扎板的钢筋进度快,扣筋预绑成片安装是最好不过的法子,长度选在2.5~3m,最好能用电焊多焊几点,防止变形。浪费一些6mm分布筋。
 
楼梯
 
楼梯扣筋可以事先做好,但是楼梯跑的主筋是不能事先做好的,主筋算得再准,也无法保证和支完模板的尺寸相吻合,都得实际量尺才能下料成型,楼梯梁事先预绑安装是常事,但是,用25钢筋短头绑在骨架的下边把保护层事先垫好,也是一个绝招,还有,楼梯的扣筋必须得能禁得住走人踩踏,办法是在扣筋下面垫上十字支撑。
 
预绑
 
有人用案子堂上两根粗钢筋伸出一块当支架;有人用3根钢筋头焊一点做成三角支架。这些方法都不太方便,告诉你窍门。用一根钢筋弯曲成型做成支架,下料长度4.5米,直径18或20或22均可,永久使用,极其方便顺手,一个工地有8个这样的预绑支架就能周转开。这种支架的样式,上头看像个7字,下面是个口字,焊不焊都行,用扎丝绑紧就可以用了。如果焊的话,用钢筋头就可以做成。
 
弧圆

弯起
